I spent a lovely afternoon with the photography club a few weeks back on a photo shoot that had us looking for “Fall in New England.” The shoot started at Morton Park in Plymouth and we wound our way down Town Brook to the Jenny Grist Mill. I decided to bring this 10lb pumpkin along in an attempt to make some photographs that were a little outside of the “fall foliage” box. The above picture of the “pumpkin by the pond” is my favorite of the shoot and makes for a nice Halloween photo!
Notes: This photo was taken with a Canon EOS Rebel T2i DLSR camera with a 55-250mm telephoto lens. The camera was set to aperture priority with a f/5.6 and ISO 100. The focal length was 85mm. I also discovered the landscape preset (Thanks, Amy!) and that really helped to bring out the fall colors!
